Crystal Mariñas was born and raised on Maui and brings over 20 years of accounting and financial management experience across nonprofit and for-profit organizations in Hawaiʻi. With expertise in grant accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance, Crystal has supported organizations ranging from community-based nonprofits to multimillion‑dollar businesses statewide.
She holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Hawaiʻi and is known for her strong attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to sound fiscal stewardship. Through her work, Crystal helps ensure that resources are managed responsibly and aligned with mission-driven impact for Maui’s families and communities.
